The Concept
The brand was born in New York and grew into a global collection — Las Vegas, London, Miami and beyond — by fusing a chic cocktail lounge with a serious chophouse. It calls the formula Vibe Dining: proper dry-aged beef and towers of seafood, served at nightlife tempo instead of steakhouse solemnity, minutes from the Broadway theaters.
What to Order
Ease in with a seafood tower and a round of bold cocktails while the room warms up. The filet is the elegant move, the big bone-in cuts are the statement one, and wagyu is there for nights that deserve it. The Lil’ BRGs wagyu sliders and parmesan truffle fries keep the table sharing; sweet corn pudding is the sleeper hit everyone fights over at the end.
The Space
